Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the praline paste and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
