Preparation Steps
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour and icing sugar. Add melted butter and mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into an even layer in a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Prepare the chocolate mousse by whipping the cold heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold in the chocolate mousse mix.
- Pour the mousse over the almond base and spread evenly. Refrigerate until set.
- Garnish with melted dark chocolate. Serve chilled.
