Preparation Steps
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and beaten eggs to the dry ingredients. Stir until the dough comes together.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the risen dough into a disk and fit it into a greased tart pan.
- Arrange the prunes over the dough, sprinkle with honey and cinnamon.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden and the prunes are soft.
