  • 2 medium zucchini sliced thinly
  • 4 oz goat cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange the zucchini slices on the pastry and sprinkle with goat cheese.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the zucchini and cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until the pastry is golden and crisp.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.

Notes

Pour un goût encore plus prononcé, ajoutez un peu de zeste de citron râpé sur le dessus avant de servir.
